TIMOTHY KIMANI-NJUGUSH

A comedian/actor who has transformed from stage plays to the big screen featuring on hit comedy shows like The Real House Helps of Kawangware (KTN), Hapa Kule (KTN) and Duku Duku on Ebru TV. He currently hosts BBC Sema, a youth talk show on B.B.C radio that airs every Sunday at 1pm. The show focuses on youth opportunities in governance. He has hosted this for the past one year and is looking forward to a second season of the show.

Njugush majored in Journalism at Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, (K.I.M.C). He practiced for 1 year with the Kenya News Agency (KNA) and Kenya Broadcasting Co-operation (KBC) where he handled news writing and gathering. He later joined theater and later climbed the ladder to the big screen productions.

He is currently working on his next project, a comedy show under his name. He is a screenwrite and his current script is for a comedy show airing on Maisha Magic, Hullaballo Estate. This is in line with his dream of creating African stories, that the audience can relate to, as he has seen a vacuum in that regard.
